I am not a nutritionist but one of the best books I've read on food is The Allergy Solution by Leo Galland. He has a great immune balance smoothie that is probably better for you than pizza. Also, Lisa might like to make his immune balance soup for you.

Inflammation is a definite warning sigh from your body and a lot of times you just need to tweak your diet, alot. Chris Wark also has some great raw juice recipes and has info on fasting. Just don't overdo the juice. The body has to heal slowly There are no shortcuts.

I love this podcast and want you and your family to stay healthy:). Hopefully this comment helps someone else on their healing journey, also.
