Thank you so much for these simple ,helpful, applicational commandments ,to self help brain surgery .. my spirit came alive at the beginning of this podcast .. I’ve struggled through severe abuse , trauma , countless drugs , medications , suicide attempt, thoughts , and therapy ... BUT my spirit came alive for the first time .. when you spoke these words simple words of self awareness.. care , biblical promise, principles...
