So much in this podcast. Just pick one to work on if you are new at this. I pick, throw your worries to Jesus. Just pick one or it can get overwhelming.

I would like to add; When you are on the receiving end of getting a negative, when you are trying to make a positive.... Take a DEEP Breath. Put some space in there. I think I learned that from Dr.Warren. It really helped me this week.

While I breathe I have hope....and some such fancy words. :)
